The UK airline to provide no-cost high-speed in-flight internet through Starlink partnership

Passengers on the airline can soon enjoy quick connectivity onboard free of charge after a recent partnership involving the billionaire's satellite firm.

Complimentary plus Fast Wifi for All

The carrier announced that this complimentary, “quick and reliable” wifi service via SpaceX is set to be offered to passengers flying economy, business, or first class from the coming month.

The parent organization of British Airways, the airline group, stated it had reached an partnership with the satellite firm for providing internet services on more than 500 planes operated by the group's operators, which also include the Irish airline, the Spanish carrier, plus Vueling.

The airline noted that the rollout of the technology was part of a seven billion pound “modernization” program and will provide uninterrupted connectivity service to flyers starting at the gate to landing, also when they are flying across seas and isolated areas.
